Questions about Papa T’s
Everything people ask before they order. If something is missing, the phone numbers for every kitchen are at the bottom of this page.
Ordering and delivery
Can I dine in or pick up?
Pickup and delivery are both available. What there is not, in any city, is a dining room or a counter to eat at. Papa T’s is a kitchen: you collect it or we bring it.
When are you open?
Thursday–Saturday, 5–9 PM ET. Same in every city we serve.
Where do you deliver?
Stuart: Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Sewall's Point, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Rio.
Is it cheaper to order direct?
Yes. Delivery-app menu prices are 20% higher than our direct menu, before their service and delivery fees. The Classic Cheesesteak is $15.99 from us and $19.19 on the apps.
Do you do large orders?
Yes. The tender packs are built for it: 20 tenders feed four to five people, 30 feed six to eight. Order a few hours ahead on a Friday or Saturday if you can.
The food
What is Cooper Sharp?
Cooper Sharp is a sharp American cheese made in Pennsylvania. It melts smoother than regular American and carries more flavour, and it is what a Philadelphia cheesesteak is supposed to be made with. Almost nobody in Florida stocks it. We do.
What kind of steak do you use?
One hundred percent USDA Choice shaved ribeye, on a fresh baked roll.
Are the tenders fresh or frozen?
Fresh, hand breaded to order. All-natural chicken, cage free, no hormones or antibiotics, fried in trans-fat-free canola oil.
Do you have vegetarian options?
The Veggie Philly: sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers, roasted red tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, spinach, provolone, garlic aioli and balsamic glaze. The house salad is vegetarian too.
The company
Who is Papa T?
Papa T was a Pennsylvania transplant who moved down to Florida, could not find a real cheesesteak anywhere, and started making them himself. The family carries on what he started.
Are you related to Berry Fresh Cafe?
Yes. Same family, same team, just different hours. Papa T’s cooks out of Berry Fresh Cafe kitchens after they close for the day, with its own menu.
Are you a franchise?
No. Family run.
